CALL FOR PROCUREMENT: The purchase of a vehicle for the needs of the organization
DokuFest needs to purchase a vehicle that will be used for the organization’s needs, including transporting staff, materials, or other specific activities. The vehicle must meet the following criteria, as shown below
Vehicle Type:
Car or SUV
Gearbox: Automatic
Doors: 5
With mileage: 0
1. Technical conditions: Hybrid or Eco Friendly preferred Fuel: Gasoline
2. Vehicle Status: New vehicle
3. Vehicle delivery deadline: After signing the contract
4. Price and Payment: The offered price must be with all taxes included. Payment is made by bank transfer according to the contract and the issued invoice.
Deadline for submitting offers: Offers must be submitted no later than 24.02.2025
Documentation required from bidders:
1. Copy of the company registration certificate and other legitimation documents.
2. Proven documentation for the vehicles offered (technical documentation, quality certificates, etc.).
3. Detailed financial offer. Photos of the offered vehicle, inside and out.
4. Warranty period and after-sales services.
Bid evaluation: Bids will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
· Compliance with technical requirements.
· Bid price.
· Warranty period and other after-sales conditions.
· Bidder's experience and reputation.
