Looking for a strategic planning consultant for communication, monitoring and evaluation plan in addition to directional analysis.
DokuFest is looking for the services of a strategic planning consultant to facilitate the directional analysis of our organication in addition to a well-structured plan for communication, monitoring and evaluation. The purpose of this consultancy is to support and lead our staff, partners & board through intentional planning or method building to achieve a particular goal, whether it be with key partners,funders or other stakeholders. The substantive outcome is a five-year strategic plan for the period 2023-2028.
This includes assessing the Theory of Change employed by DokuFest and examining how they serve to deliver DokuFest’s mission. You can find the detailed info and requirements HERE.
