CALL FOR BIDDERS
For the Supply of Textile Items for the 24th Edition of DokuFest.
DokuFest is seeking a production company to supply T-shirts and tote bags for the 24th Edition of the DokuFest Festival, which will be held from August 1 – 9, 2025, in Prizren.
Interested companies are invited to submit their offers for the following items:
· Men’s T-shirts,
· Women’s T-shirts,
· Children’s T-shirts,
· Tote Bags / Shoulder Bags.
We invite companies to submit their offers along with the following documents:
—Business Registration Certificate,
—Portfolio of existing work,
—Unit price for each item,
—Product samples (photos or visual descriptions) of the proposed items.
Offers should be sent via email to: [email protected] with the subject: "Offer for Textile Item Supply – DokuFest 2025".
The deadline for submitting offers is May 30, 2025.
Complete offers will be evaluated based on quality criteria and the most favorable price.
